General Comment on the Product
This machine possesses superior moulding performance over conventional hydraulic machines in terms of repeatability, energy consumption, accuracy and smoothness of operation. It fully utilized feedback control systems to overcome the problems of steady holding pressure which is the most difficult problem in the R&D of electric injection moulding machine.

The product is designed for laboratory sample package dyeing. The “4-way Ball Valve” allows high flexibility in dyeing different number of samples. Several Labwin machines can be linked up using the multiple coupling systems for different dyeing combinations.

The product represents a breakthrough in jet dyeing machine development. The combined air and water jet nozzles force the fabric to run at a higher speed, thus it improves the productivity significantly. Non-contact fabric monitoring circulation system (based on computer vision) can detect tangling, without resisting the movement of the fabric.

The screw type rotor system will produce high air pressure and low electricity consumption. The use of micro computer technology enables machine and management information to be stored and retrieved easily which is rarely adopted by conventional compressors. The compact design of the compressor, together with efficient control system, enabled vibration free and minimize repair and maintenance of the machine.
