Comment on the Product
The product suits a large range of batch sizes for package
dyeing. The newly designed REV Pump provides a very
high flow rate and allows parallel counter flow direction
of discharge and suction. The highly efficient double-flow
heat exchanger is integrated with the pump. The REV
Pump, simplified pipe works and flow direction reduce
the machine size, the liquor ratio (can be low as 4.00),
associated running costs, and noise generated. Newly
designed reversal device simplifies the maintenance
procedures. Larger batch sizes can be processed with
two machines coupled together. The new controller is
user-friendly, upgradeable, and accurately control the
dyeing temperature with adaptive fuzzy logic. |

on the Product:
This product is a lead-free solder paste precision
printing system, which is applied for the SMT assembly
equipment such as the product process of mobile phone
and computer motherboard. It features a patented 3D
integrated float table over the conventional X-Y-T
triple layered structure. The new design enables a
lighter and thinner system with a shortened distance
of travel, giving rise to enhanced controllability,
longer durability, and easier loading and unloading
operations. It also features and automatic cleaning
system, ergonomics designs, and a suspension type
squeegee mechanism. Comparable to the performance
of the top models form Japan and Europe, but at appreciably
lower price ratio. The machine embeds a window-based
graphical user interface with Chinese-language ability,
among others, to cater for the foreseeable demand
in China.

General comments
on the product
The motor controller and driver integrate a high performance
motion control and servo amplifier with compact size
suitable to industrial environment. Both the controller
and driver are digital and are applicable to many types
of servomotors such as DC motors, DC brushless motors
and AC servo. The motor controller provides 3-axes control,
PID with velocity, acceleration and jerk feedforward.
Furthermore, a user-friendly interface has been designed
for controller and motor setting, current and position
loop tuning and diagnostics. The product has application
in SMT machines, CNC machine tools and PC bonding machines.
There is a big market potential in China where access
to this type of technology is very limited.

on the product
It is a machine for measuring the dimensions of a product-
a critical step in reverse engineering. It is a superbly
innovated machine with the key technological development
of a scanning probe which is based on a parallel shift,
kinematic approach to compensate for the displacement
of the probe caused by contact with the in-situ measurement
surface. This approach utilizes optical displacement
sensors in multiple axes to register the three dimensional
deflections of the contact probe; it is a technological
advancement over the traditional load-cell based probe.
It uses real-time algorithms to compute the actual 3D
coordinates of the probe-surface contact point. Moreover,
the machine is very cost effective. |
