Comments from the Judging Panel
It is a machine especially designed to test leakage
of a component. A very sensitive transducer translates
the deformation into an electrical current which is
displayed graphically in the computer monitor. Using
this technique, deformation down to 0.0001mm or 0.1
micron can be detected.

It is an all-in-one device and it can automatically
detects any abnormal conditions such as earth leakage
(ground fault), overload, electrical shock, phase
failure, input voltage unbalance and short circuit.
Its size is small and its price is cheaper than the
conventional product with the same function.

a radio frequency RF scanning device to detect a passing

and it has been applied to a library cataloguing and
loan system.
