It is a machine especially designed to test leakage of a component. A very sensitive transducer translates the deformation into an electrical current which is displayed graphically in the computer monitor. Using this technique, deformation down to 0.0001mm or 0.1 micron can be detected.

Its size is small and its price is cheaper than the conventional product with the same function.
